FIT4BABY Prenatal fitness

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. Each session focuses on cardio, strength, flexibility and preparing the body for motherhood. Fit4Baby® is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels. These classes are for moms only. Please bring water, a yoga mat and wear comfy clothes.

BODYBACK postnatal fitness

WEDNESDAYS 7:30 P.M. - 8:30 P.M.

SATURDAYS 8:00 A.M. - 9:00 A.M.

It is a results based workout program for moms of any age. Classes offer high intensity, interval workouts along with before and after fitness assessments, a meal plan and food journal, coaching and support in a motivating and inspirational program. This class is for moms-only and is offered in 8-week sessions.

8 Week Session.  January 17 - March 14.  Fee: $119.  Register here.


mommy and baby yoga (moms and non-crawlers)


Get your body moving in a healthy and supportive way after giving birth, while bonding with your child!  Maryanna Gibbs, of Happy Yoga, will move mommy and baby through various yoga poses, incorporating appropriate breath and core work and movements with baby.  At the end of each practice Maryanna will go through a few baby massage techniques, and finish with a relaxing savasana.

6 Week Sessions.  Fee: $108 Non-Members; $90 Members; 20 Drop-In Class.

drop in Breastfeeding Clinic

2nd and 4th THURSDAY of the Month 10:00 am - 12:00 Pm

Join the lactation consultants from Lactation Partners for a drop in breastfeeding clinic.  This will provide you with the opportunity to "fine tune" your baby's latch, check for weight gains, ask questions or just connect with other breastfeeding moms.  This is not meant to replace an in home lactation consultation.  Drop-In Session $40.
