FIT4BABY (pregnant mothers)

mondays 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. Each session focuses on cardio, strength, flexibility and preparing the body for motherhood. Fit4Baby® is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels. These classes are for moms only. Please bring water, a yoga mat and wear comfy clothes.

6 Week Session.  January 8 - February 12.  Fee: Members $79; Non-Members $99.  Register here.

BODYBACK HOLIDAY SURVIVAL - 2 CLASS A WEEK MINI SESSION

WEDNESDAYS 7:30 P.M. - 8:30 P.M.

SATURDAYS 7:30 A.M. - 8:30 A.M.

Join your favorite instructors for a workout only, 4-week, between holidays, energy boost!  We all know the holiday season can drag us down into a spiral of taking care of everyone else, so make sure to commit to yourself this season!  This is also a great way to try out Body back before committing to one of the full 8-week sessions in January!

drop in Breastfeeding Clinic

2nd and 4th THURSDAY of the Month 10:00 am - 12:00 Pm

Join the lactation consultants from Lactation Partners for a drop in breastfeeding clinic.  This will provide you with the opportunity to "fine tune" your baby's latch, check for weight gains, ask questions or just connect with other breastfeeding moms.  This is not meant to replace an in home lactation consultation.  Drop-In Session $40.
